H a p p y E a s t e r e v e r y o n e !!!

..and they seem to have found the perfect egg. :) awww, so sweet.
**i can vividly remember my bittersweet share of my easter egg hunt. our relatives hosted one before when we were little. i found two eggs which contained only 25 cents! how bad could that be?! and my other cousin, czarinne, got the egg which contained P1000!**
My Easter Sunday spelled family bonding. Went to hear mass at 4am, which you call the Salubong in the Aguinaldo Park. Crowds of people went to hear too and it is such a great feeling seeing this much Catholics. Dad insisted we go to Manila for some much needed chill. Of course, we never hesitated. It was really cool having walked to the back part of the SMXchange, the one where restos are all lined up just beside MoA. The scenery is so incredible, I tell you. But there were lots and lots of people so you wouldn't enjoy it as much. It would be better if you'd go there at night. Anyway, since most of the food chains there haven't opened, we drove to Max (beside the Aristocrat) since it opens exactly 7am and our stomachs are grumbling loudly. At 9 we went to S&R along Macapagal to do some grocery. Good heavens! I already know the price of the Starbucks Frap in a bottle! Priced at about P1500 for 6. Which makes about P250/bottle, I guess. Not bad as I thought it would cost me much. My brother, Raph, constantly asked my mum for the scrumptious vanilla ice cream. Dream Scoop Ice Cream was so cool. Apart from the gigantic cone I overly adored, the flavors are a must-taste. Not bad for P59! My brothers totally drooled over the sugar-free vanilla although Richard said it's kind of sweet considering it's sugar-free. Never mind that though. What's important is that it's sweet. Nice treat.
As we drive over the highways and streets of the metro, I began to feel some strange quiver. I saw dozens of people along the bay with their swimsuits and towels on waiting for the best the bay could offer them. I admit, I kind of felt way so strange about it. But I realized, people seem to view that as the ultimate bonding. I just feel happy for them that through the simplest things, they get to be happy as that. Filipinos are truly creative in finding ways. Creativecreativecreative. The smiles on the kids faces can't match anything. I am on my seat in the car as we head back home.
Anyway, I hope you guys had as much fun. One BIG SUMMER is up. toodles!

My brother, Raph, insisted we visit the Ocean Park in the metro. My dad wanted too. But my mum said it would be much better if we'll ask our cousins too. Raph began to throw a tantrum, as he always do. But of course, mum's word that we visit there on his birthday. :) I'm just as excited.
The traffic seemed to stop the motorists able to be seen by my eyes. I began to notice the family on the corner of the road. Their cute cute little child is captivating such a magical bath known to him, and him alone, as the waters dripped over his smooth body. I was really smiling at the sight and his parents seem to notice me and smiled. I love how kids smile as if they're off to dreamland. I love it. It's heaven on earth for me.
I am truly thankful for a lot of things this Easter. Lots of blessings. Jesus never left my side. :)
Anyway, I hope you guys had as much fun. One BIG SUMMER is up. toodles!
