Bloggerista

I miss my old blogger friends. Back in 2007 when Blogspot was at its peak and Multiply, Tumblr, and even Facebook were nothing but ashes (or okay, ideas), I've known a few religious bloggers whose journalistic skills were overtly commendable and web layouting skills - incredible. They need not to resort to ready-made layouts from the world wide web. They can do theirs all alone, personalized, and change it everytime they'd wish. They were members of the school's monthly newspaper like I was back then, usually found bringing home shiny medals from writing competitions disguising beneath their cutesy pen names that they don't overexpose their identities. Real bloggers, if you may. Their posts were so well-thought that in reality, were just written at the spur of the moment. It was hooking merely dropping by their Blogspots and replying in your two cents worth of opinions on their posts. And if you've finished reading, well it's just pretty adoring their layouts, too. Back in 2007, it took a conscious effort to be called a blogger. Writing skills.. sincerity.. layouting forte.. and regular audiences rolled and combined. And yet these days, in the age of Tumblr, Facebook, and Multiply, it was damn easy to be so. Tumblristas, Facebook-ers, Multipliers as they were called. The last two - I only made up myself. Hahaha. But it all boils down to being a blogger. You can even be called one by merely reblogging and reblogging! How's that?

Going back, I am more than excited discovering new (serious and religious) Bloggers. You know, people who are Blogspot-faithfuls. Hahaha. In fact, I have discovered a few! I just missed the days when I'd open my Blogspot reading comments from co-bloggers. Even from random people all over the world. It makes me feel happy knowing that there are people whose presence were always felt even though I've been writing about senseless things of my so-called dear life. These days they've either gone helluvah busy, or migrated to any of the three sites I've mention above. But if by any chance you've been reading this all along, I wanna let you know that I kinda kinda miss how we do crazy with each others' Blogspots. *wink*

P.S. Clueless of these people? Rummage through my posts and there you see their comments. Click on their names and voila.
